Open Top Bus

This season the 300 will commence operation on Saturday 24 May and will operate only between Land’s End and St Ives, via the coast road. The service may also be operated by a vintage double decker bus this year.

Free concessionary travel, by showing a bus pass, will not be available. When approached by Cllr Sue James, the Director said that First Bus will consider introducing a concessionary fare, to bus pass holders and he undertook to keep Sue informed.

First Bus will also be operating open top buses on route 1, between Lands End and Penzance (frequency increased to hourly for the summer) and also on the hourly route 17B Penzance-Marazion-St Ives. Concessionary bus passes will be accepted for travel on these routes, as usual.
