Responsible Landlord Scheme
Responsible landlord scheme is aimed at raising property and management standards in Cornwall.
The scheme is being delivered by Cornwall Council in partnership with local housing professionals and landlord representative groups and will support private landlords and lettings agents to offer safe, well managed and better quality accommodation whilst keeping up to date with what the law requires of them.
