Lands End Peninsula CLT Ltd, a local charitable company has had the homes built. I am the Chair of the Trust and very much hope they will soon become home for some local people. Although anyone with a connection to Cornwall can buy them, priority will be given to those living in the Parish of St Just or the wider West Cornwall. There are 6 homes and although many people have visited and loved what they have seen, there are no definite buyers although some are still working on getting a mortgage.
