Report Empty Homes
Report empty homes that you know of to help those in need get a decent place to live. Empty properties are a wasted resource which could be loved and lived in. They can also be an eyesore.
Cornwall Council wants everyone’s help to identify empty homes so that staff can take action to bring them back into use. They can sometimes provide loans to owners if money is a barrier to making the home suitable to live in. More details in the empty property loan leaflet.
To report an empty property or if you are an owner of an empty property and wish to discuss how it can be brought back into use please telephone 01726 223600. Empty homes can also be reported through the Cornwall Council website www.cornwall.gov.uk/
