Could you offer an office/ workshop space in West Cornwall?

Penwith Landscape Partnership seeks office for Delivery Phase of Project from January 2018

The Penwith Landscape Partnership (PLP) is awaiting news of support from the Heritage Lottery Fund for an exciting programme of projects to be delivered in West Penwith from early 2018.  Subject to funding approval, we will be looking for a suitable base from which to work for a period of up to 5 years from January 2018.

  • Rent – up to £8,000 p.a. based on commercial rates elsewhere in Cornwall.
  • Office space to accommodate 10+ people at desks/ hot-desks – approx. 65m2 / 690 ft2.
  • Meeting space – within main office or elsewhere on site – sufficient for 12-15 people
  • Storage – for equipment and tools for staff and volunteers with good access
  • Excellent Broadband and mobile signal
  • Ample parking space – for staff and volunteers to come and go at all times of day and weekends without disturbing other tenants/residents
  • Kitchen and toilets to serve staff and volunteers – shared ok.
  • Easily accessible location – preferably central to the PLP area which covers an area west of A30 between Hayle and Penzance for staff, visitors and volunteers some of whom may come from outside Penwith.
  • Our preferences are: North of or off A3071 (Pz -St Just road – Madron-Newbridge area); outskirts of St Ives; accessible from Lelant or from Crowlas.
