How many times do you moan about dog poo or fly tipping? Are you fed up with that graffiti, Japanese Knotweed or pot holes? You can play a part in getting things cleaned up by reporting it in through the Cornwall Council website http://www.cornwall.gov.uk/default.aspx?page=17585 . If your evidence is good enough (a photo on your phone?) a fixed penalty notice might be possible if an offence has been committed.
