My Wild Circles at County Hall 12 months on

Posted on: 8th May 2020

From my time in Cornwall Council’s Cabinet my Wild Circles at County Hall were a proud achievement and as I left Cabinet soon after, I feel today, 12 months on, they are my legacy.

Wild circles

Each circle became a wild flower bed

I’ll take you back to March 2019 when, mystery circles appear  at Cornwall’s County Hall. Then, later that month, Councillors and staff were observed wildflower sewing at County Hall in 2019

And now, I’m no longer a Cabinet Member but here are my wild flower circles, blooming and no doubt teaming with wildlife; just sad that lock-down means I cannot travel to see them but this photo is a good substitute.

Those wildflower circles, 12 months on. How proud and I!?
