Calling Outdoorsy 16 – 18 Year Olds for a Summer Course at Carnyorth Outdoor Activity Centre that will give a recognised qualification.

This will be a 5 week full time course for young adults aged 16-18, during the school summer break. (To be eligible, must have been 16 – 18 years 31st August 2016) Aimed at those who want to gain experience in adventure activity or as first step for those considering entering the outdoor industry as an instructor.

Throughout the up-coming summer holidays Carnyorth Centre is offering a genuine opportunity for any interested students between the ages of 16 and 18 years to take part in a free training/qualification course. The scheme will ultimately provide the participating students with a level 1 National Certificate in Further Education (NCFE). In addition the students will collect several National Governing Body achievement awards that will enhance their understanding of the world of outdoor education as a career choice. The course will offer a range of outdoor activities.
